All bicycles should be registered with the Police Department.  Registration is designed to prevent theft and assist with recovery of stolen bicycles.  Registration is free and can be completed below on this online form.  You may also obtain forms from the Police Department or Downtown Bike Precinct.  Registering your bicycle, or child's, will assist the Police Department in identifying it if recovered and stolen.  Questions concerning bicycle registration should be directed to Sgt.
